Piney Point

This young, busy family of five hired MMI Design to assist with an extensive whole-house remodel. The 20+ year old home was dark and dated, and did not reflect the lifestyle and vibrant energy of our clients. So we brought in a general contractor to help us with a complete overhaul of the house. A few of the areas of focus included: a major face-lift in the kitchen, complete gut of laundry, creation of a mudroom by repurposing a former darkroom, and overhauling the powders, and his/hers bathrooms. Additionally, a light and bright color palette and new flooring were applied throughout the house, light fixtures updated, and loads of fun finishes were used to create one of the largest and most dramatic transformations to date for MMI Design.
