What’s a Rich Text element?

As a member of the MMI team, this person will assist in every step of the project life cycle, including meeting with clients, developing design schemes, creating custom design plans, drafting, sourcing products and materials, managing project installations, and all related project administration.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of architectural or interior design experience with portfolio of work, including demonstrated expertise in both kitchen/bath and furnishings design
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Design preferred
• Extremely motivated and extraordinarily detail-oriented
• A strong team player who also works well independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and juggling the demands of multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Advanced proficiency in drafting highly, detailed architectural drawings in Chief Architect or similar drafting software
• New-Construction/Renovation experience with technical understanding of architectural renderings and plans
• Ability to “rock” a spreadsheet, proficiency with a tape measure and comfortable with all related math
• Strong knowledge of local (and national) showrooms and vendors
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and reside in Houston
• Daily use of own vehicle for driving in Houston area and potentially, some out of town travel

Time Requirement

Full-time – 40 hours per week
