This whole-home renovation was a soup to nuts project for MMI, including all interior architecture changes and furnishings. We removed a wall or two, striped back the dated details to set the stage for the complete transformation of this home. Every inch of this home received something. The kitchen and master bath were gutted and completely redone, as were the floors, bannisters, and all new lighting throughout. Not unlike many of our clients, these have differing styles. She loves traditional and he loves warm modern, but both wanted an open floorplan. Using lots of textures, layers, and clean-lined details, we designed the home where their two styles co-exist in a seamless and unique way.
